Accommodation
Whilst on your placement you will stay in the Sportventurer house in Jinja along with the Gap Job venturers. The house is secure and will act as your base throughout the placement. Sportventurer will employ a cook to provide meals. These will be local dishes, and you will quickly realize what your favourites are!

Dates and Prices

Sportventurer is unique in the way that it runs. Rather then set dates we operate in the following: We ask that you come out and devote your time for a minimum of 4 weeks. However after that you can add on as many weeks as you would like.

4 weeks = £1150 +1 week = £100 Therefore 7 weeks in Uganda would be £1450

Netball in Uganda can be played all year around, however please be aware that as our programs are very much school focussed, there will be times when there are school holidays. Therefore whilst there’ll still be plenty of football available it wont be as busy as during term time.
